Moms Day!

Happy Mothers Day to all you beautiful moms. Having a day just for us is so awesome, to sit back and really think about how grateful we are to have children. I am so grateful to be a mom, and it really helps me appreciate the mothers in my life! So Happy Mothers Day!

A few things about Lilee...

Well, It has been about a week, since I have had a real post...But don't you worry, it's only been a week! It took a week to work up to a new post, having things happen in our lives so I could have something to blog about!

So last night, Preston and I were down stairs taping off our base boards and stuff, and I kept yelling upstairs, because Lilee was "watching" cartoons....I kept saying her name, and she kept saying..."no mommy."

So I decided after about twenty minutes that I better go check on her. When I came upstairs, I saw Lilee standing on my end table, with Johnson & Johnson soap....tipped upside down. All OVER my couches,(luckily we have leather) the table, all over her, my tv....the dog...you name it, it had soap on it!!!! LOL. Okay, I can laugh about it now, but I was so mad last night. It's our fault though, so you can't really get mad. We left her unattended....(but Preston forgot to close the bathroom door after he used the restroom). So really, it's our fault.... But as you know, when you add water to soap, the mess gets worst...and much, much bigger! I couldn't get it clean...The more water I added,the soapier it got!!! I was hating life.

On another note, today I asked her if she wanted to take a nap, and she said...."No way mommy!" I couldn't help but to laugh. I had never really heard her say that, so it was quite halarious to hear her talk like that, and actually understand her..lol.
We went to the park today with Melissa and Sophia, and they had airated the lawn-(not spelled correctly) and she goes...."ooooooo mommy, Poopoo!!" (she was totally disgusted!) LOL
Then, I just put her to bed about twenty minutes ago, and she said "Night, night, Mommy." And then she lifted her head off her pillow to give me a kiss. So moments like this, make moments like last night worth it all! Everything is Mommy this, or Daddy that...I love that she calls me mommy....it's so stinkin darling!!! I love being her MOMMY!

Another late night..I can not sleep!!!

Well, I tried changing my blog background about seven times tonight, and I don't know what's wrong with me, I can't get it right...They aren't looking too good tonight...probably because its 12:30...a.m....lol. Anyways- so I went with Plain Jane, it's kinda nice for a change!! But Im sure I'll be changing it soon!

Sunday Adventures...

Nothing new to blog about, other than Im finally set to private. I kinda don't like being set to private, because what if someone stumbled upon my blog, and couldn't see it. O well, I guess. I just hope I haven't missed anyone. Anyways. I'll post soon, when there is more to say!

A Day at the Zoo for the Birthday GIRL!!!

We went to the Zoo for Lilee's birthday, and It was so much fun! Sophie and Lilee thought it was so great to be able to be outside most of the day. It was sure a hot day though, like 80 in salt lake, alittle hot for my liking at the ZOO! At the end, Lilee was saying, "Bye Bye Zoo!" It was so cute!Anyways- here are some pictures.

CHEESY...I KNOW!

Okay, so here is my new template I created! lol, it's alittle cheesy, I know, but It kinda makes me happy seeing the bright yellow and green. Gets me excited for summer, seeing how we can't get rid of the stinking snow. YES, you read that right, SNOW! It snowed today, and it looked like the middle of January outside. It sucks to live in Northern Utah in the spring! Anyways- Hope everyone is having a good week...I'll be posting soon!

It is terribly late, and Im still awake, I changed my blog template, and I couldn't get it back to the way I wanted, and I still don't like it, but it's to late, and Im too tired, to try and fix it. My favorite site that I use won't any one use their stuff anymore. Im mad. Anyways I will fix it another time, until then, here's my easter egg looking blog! enjoy! lol

Happy Birthday Lil...

Our Little girl turned two today...HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIL...We sure love you, and can't believe how fast you have grown up. You went from our cute little peanut to an amazing little girl, who we don't know what we would do without You are our sunshine, and a reason to wake up everyday. You put a smile on our faces. You truely are the sweetest girl, and I am so sad I can't keep you this age forever. Hope you have a Happy Birthday...

what to say...?

Well, It's been about 6 days since my last post, and I don't really have much to talk about. I know I say that quite often. I actually really need to thank Mindy, Melissa and Chelsy for taking me out last night for my birthday. My birthday was April 6th, and so we all went down to Provo, and ate at the Pizza Factory, (where was the camera?) One of my favorites! YUMMY! Anyways- Thanks alot girls, it was really fun!

Rub-A-Dub-Dub...Lilee's in the Tub.

Last night I was giving Lilee a bath, and she was so stinkin' cute. I was going to take a video of her, and post it, but my husband said I couldn't post video of my naked child on my blog! lol, so I guess he's right. But she was being so cute. She was "sliding" down the tub- at the top of the tub, the wall is kind of slanted...she thinks that is so fun! Then I asked her if she wanted to brush her teeth, and this is what she did. I think she thought I said, show me your teeth. She had never pulled this face before, so I hurried and got the camera, and snapped a shot of it. It was so funny!

Craft Day

Yesterday was my craft day. Melissa and I have been wanting to try and make car seat covers for awhile now. We decided to go look at fabric, and we bought some. We wanted to come home and try it out, so we did. And a couple hours later, this is what mine looks like....I am so proud of it. It was alittle tricky, but turned out ohhhh so cute.
